What You'll Be Doing

You'll have the opportunity to make an impact across a broad range of Human Resources functions, including:

Payroll & HR Systems

• Process and audit payroll and employee changes.

• Maintain accurate HR and payroll records and systems.

• Research and resolve routine payroll and HR system issues.

• Provide backup support for payroll-related responsibilities.

Recruiting & Onboarding

• Manage recruitment activities from job posting through onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process.

• Coordinate interviews, pre-employment requirements, and new-hire documentation.

• Help create a positive and consistent candidate and onboarding experience.

Benefits & Leave

• Administer employee benefits, enrollment, qualifying life events, and changes.

• Coordinate employee leave programs and related documentation.

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees and leaders.

• Work with benefit providers and third-party partners to resolve issues.

Performance & Employee Relations

• Support annual and ongoing performance management processes.

• Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies and processes.

• Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee questions and concerns.

• Handle routine employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

• Partner with the HR Director on complex or sensitive matters.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation.

• Assist with HR compliance, reporting, audits, and recordkeeping.

• Prepare routine HR reports and information.

• Help ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently.

Process Improvement & HR Projects

• Take ownership of assigned HR processes and projects from start to finish.

• Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency, consistency, compliance, and the employee experience.

• Help develop and improve HR procedures, forms, resources, and communications.

• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and organizational projects.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings:

• 1–3 years of Human Resources or related experience.

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and relevant HR experience.

• Knowledge of general HR principles, practices, and employment requirements.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

• The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• The ability to work independently while collaborating with others.

• Comfort managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HR and payroll systems.

As a Consumer Loan Underwriter, you’ll play a vital role in evaluating and decisioning consumer loan applications—including auto loans, personal loans, credit cards, and more. You will:

• Review loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.

• Analyze financial documentation, credit reports, and income data to assess creditworthiness.

• Evaluate risk using credit scoring models and risk management tools.

• Ensure all decisions follow applicable laws and regulations (TILA, ECOA, FCRA, etc.).

• Communicate with applicants to request documentation or explain loan decisions.

• Collaborate with loan officers and management on complex or high-value cases.

• Maintain thorough documentation and support internal audit readiness.

• Stay up to date with industry changes, products, and compliance standards.

  
  

• Experience: 3–5 years in consumer lending or underwriting required.

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in evaluating credit reports, financial statements, and loan applications

  • Knowledge of consumer loan products (auto, personal loans, credit cards, lines of credit)

  • Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations (TILA, ECOA, FCRA, RESPA)

  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and analytical abilities

What You’ll Do

As an Evergreen Representative, you’ll provide exceptional service while supporting members through a wide range of credit union services. This is a dynamic role where no two days are exactly the same.

In this role, you will:

• Build strong relationships with members through phone and online communication

• Open and maintain accounts, including savings, checking, youth accounts, sub-shares, and certificates

• Assist members with specialized services such as IRAs, business accounts, and certificate products

The Director of Compliance partners closely with leaders across the organization to develop and maintain effective compliance policies, procedures, controls, and training programs that protect the Credit Union while supporting operational excellence. This position serves as a trusted advisor to management, regulators, and auditors, driving a proactive compliance culture through risk assessments, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial-services compliance experience, expertise in BSA/AML/OFAC regulations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for helping organizations navigate an evolving regulatory environment while delivering exceptional service to members.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience 4+ years of experience in credit union, banking, or financial-services compliance/risk roles, with direct BSA/AML/OFAC responsibilities.

Experience serving as a designated BSA Officer.

Education Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Professional certifications such as BSACS, ACAMS, CUCO, NCCO, or equivalent. - Preferred but not required.

Interpersonal Skills Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation.

Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.

Other Skills

Talks to others to convey information effectively. Communicates information and ideas in writing so others will understand. Thorough knowledge of laws, legal codes and government regulations.
